Kehoe House

Brimming with romance and Southern charm, the intimate Kehoe House perfect for your Savannah wedding.

By reserving our elegant Inn in its entirety, your guests will enjoy the shared privacy and privilege of all 13 guest rooms, as well as our first floor living room and the historic Kehoe Loft.

Due to space limitation, we do have a few requirements in place to ensure the best possible service for you and your wedding guests.

To celebrate your wedding ceremony or reception at the inn, we do require a two-night full house booking. The nightly rate for all 13 guest rooms is $10,000 (including 13% tax). The rate includes site rental fees, event clean-up and accommodations for up to 26 guests (based on double occupancy). Guest of the inn will enjoy a full Southern gourmet breakfast each morning and a selection of afternoon wine, coffee and hors d’oeuvres, as well as homemade sweets, coffee and cordials.

Our policies are:

A deposit of 30% is due to guarantee the contract and confirm your dates
30% is due 60 days prior to arrival
The remaining balance is due upon arrival/departure
Cancellations may be made up to 120-days prior to the reserved date with no penalties. Within 90-days, a cancellation penalty of the first deposit will be charged. Weddings canceled within 30-days forfeit both deposits.

All vendors involved in your wedding festivities must be approved by the Kehoe House. We have assembled a selection of highly regarded and trusted wedding professionals to support and enhance your wedding day. Referral listings are available for Photographers, Florists, Bakeries, Entertainment Agencies, as well as other services you may require for your once in a lifetime event. Our Innkeeper will share these contacts with you and make recommendations based on your individual wedding style. A wedding coordinator is optional, but highly recommended.

Nearby Churches & Sites for Outdoor Weddings

Savannah’s skyline is speckled with some of the nation’s oldest houses of worship, from the site of Sherman’s famous “March to the Sea” to part of the oldest black congregation in North America. Contact them directly to determine eligibility and availability for your wedding ceremony. There are also several lovely outdoor gardens and ceremony sites close by.
